Shipping/Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Any book that has signs of use.

Any CD
-
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is
missing parts.
No refunds on MP3's
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions for replacement.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel a reservation for a workshop, you may do so by contacting us We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements. If you need to withdraw from this workshop, you must inform us no later than 30 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund – see below for details.
Our refund policy is as follows:
• 30 days notice prior to the date - Full refund less a $25 admin fee.
• 10 days notice prior to the date - 50% refund less a $10 admin fee. • 2 days prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows - no
refunds are granted.
• 10 days prior to the workshop you may transfer your deposit to
another class without penalty.
SHIPPING:
Shipping via Canada Post. Orders take approximately 7-10 business days for processing (subject to immediate availability).
PAYMENT METHOD:
We take any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept payment through a PayPal account.
